You go to first aid when you are in the middle of anxiety. Whether you are at home in your own living room or out in the world somewhere and need help. I guide you in or out of anxiety, and you learn what's best when!

Every month you get access to live follow-up in a private Facebook group no matter where you are!
This is how it goes in practice:
- Mon days at 09.00: New meditation / anxiety management tool
- Wednesdays at 20.15: Live question hours
- Live theme night every month where I go in depth on topics such as how to get the fastest progress and inner child work.
If you do not have the opportunity to be with us live, all recordings will be left out in the Facebook group!

Step 1: 30 day program
This is where your journey towards anxiety begins.
In a calm and safe way, I guide you to safety 5 minutes at a time. In other words, you have me in your ear every day for 30 days where I tell you exactly what to think and focus on.
You will be amazed at how much 5 min a day makes up!
This way you will not be overwhelmed by not knowing what to do at all times!

Step 2: The road from anxiety to security
After the 30 day program you are now ready to go in depth, and in this course I teach you to understand anxiety and take control of it, how to meet your feelings and thoughts and how to become good at challenging anxiety without just pushing yourself. !
These are the 6 modules:
✔ Module 1: Understanding anxiety
✔ Module 2: Take control of your anxiety
✔ Module 3: How to meet the emotions
✔ Module 4: Take control of the tanks
✔ Module 5: How to challenge anxiety in a good and safe way
✔ Module 6: Become an expert on exposure

Step 3: Maintenance
Here you will learn how to maintain your recovery over time! Unfortunately, it's not like you once had anxiety and then it never comes again. In the course you learn:

Part 2: What is important to know for the way forward?
Part 3: Routines for lasting improvement
Part 4: Planning in practice. Here's a 90 day planner to help you stay focused!

Forum group on Facebook
A private Facebook group where everyone knows how it feels to feel the anxiety. This is a safe haven you can always come to for answers and support when you need it!
You can talk about:
✔ Others have known about the symptom you have
✔ What the others are doing to feel calmer
✔ Share a win you've had
Or other things you need to talk to others about anxiety.
